Program Manager – Northern BC Crime Stoppers
Location: Prince George region
Northern BC Crime Stoppers is seeking a dynamic, community-minded Program Manager to lead and grow our impactful programs. Under the direction of the Board of Directors, the Program Manager is responsible for overseeing operations, developing new initiatives, managing partnerships, and enhancing public engagement.
• Initially a two-year term position
• Part-time | contract basis ( 24 hours a week)
• Grow the position to be full-time (as soon as fiscally possible)
We’re looking for someone who:
• Is committed to community safety
• Brings energy, creativity, and initiative
• Excels in program development, public outreach, and relationship building
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and evaluate program effectiveness
• Lead outreach and awareness campaigns
• Build partnerships with law enforcement, media, and local organizations
• Oversee budgets and support staff (where applicable)
• Seek funding opportunities and write proposals
Qualifications:
• Experience in program management and public relations
• Strong organizational and digital communication skills
• Valid Class 5 driver’s license
• Ability to successfully acquire a criminal background check (we can assist in acquiring this document)
Compensation: Depending on experience $40,000- $45,000
